Monique O'Brien is a premier designer in the Chicagoland area and specializes in custom, bespoke design and is equally at ease designing traditional or modern interiors.

Using each home as inspiration, Monique provides full-service interior design, tailoring the design to each client, their home, and their lifestyle. Focusing on providing her clients with the best experience, she views interior design as a relationship between people and their homes, making spaces both beautiful and practical. With her skills and experience, Monique gently guides clients in determining their needs and desires for their space while providing them with concepts and options that create both beautiful and efficient spaces.  She provides flexibility and gives clients the freedom to select design pieces when they want, gives an opinion when necessary, and is always open to a change of plans. 

For over fifteen years, Monique has been in the design field. She has worked across the United States and worked for high-end luxury firms on the west coast before relocating to Chicagoland’s Northshore and opening ​Monique O’Brien Design​. 

When not designing beautiful spaces, Monique spends time with her husband, 3 daughters, and beagle.
